Uberall, a provider of hybrid customer experience (CX) solutions, introduced products to help multi-location businesses. It will help them understand the performance of each location, rank higher in local searches through enriched content and better review response rates, and empower local managers and franchisees to promote their stores’ online presence.
The new products have these features:
- Local SEO reports will enable businesses to track their location rankings in local searches and see the impact of these rankings on downstream metrics, like clicks.
- Sentiment Analysis is an artificial intelligence-powered review analysis tool to help businesses hear what their customers say about their locations and organise critical insights in a dashboard.
- A mobile App empowers local managers and franchisees to market their stores and engage with their audiences, view and update their opening hours, respond to reviews on their own or using templates, answer questions, and post to their social channels.
- Reply Assistant will increase response rates for every location across multiple platforms. A Response Library houses approved response templates for replying to customer reviews. Automated Responses help increase overnight response rates by automatically posting pre-approved responses.
- Content Collections help businesses enrich their listings and local Pages with products, services, menu items, and more through a simple interface. It allows one to reflect additions or changes to multiple locations at once.
