Klaviyo unveiled two new products to support the growth and success of its customers, Personalised Benchmarks and Conversational SMS. Personalised Benchmarks is a tool that offers merchants data-driven insights on marketing efforts, comparing performance to their peers, and offers tangible recommendations for improvement. A new version of Klaviyo’s conversational SMS marketing platform helps online brands to communicate with customers in a fast, casual format.
